On the 3rd November, the Gozo College organized a seminar to all the General hands and cleaners within its schools. This involved the participation of Fr. Joseph Bajada who spoke about the importance of respect at work and moral principals. Afterwards Ms Mary Mercieca from Wasteserv Malta explained the waste separation programme focusing on organic waste. A team building activity was carried out by the College Precincts Officer Mr Adrian Formosa. Mr Noel Portelli with the assistance of Mr Marvic Hili from the Health Department within the Ministry of Gozo, raised awareness about hygiene in schools, particularly in breakfast club rooms, toilets and classrooms. The day ended with some reflection by Ms Antoinette Psaila regarding ethics at work.
